But people should be careful of this flying coffins at this time of recession, I heard on aviation talk on radio that too many airline operators are not giving their planes enough service attention due to high cost of maintainace in Nigeria attributed to high cost of forex, some manage to go to neighboring countries to source for forex and refuel.

Another is on AIR and on LAND, inter state communication tools. could u believe that this guys still uses mobile phones to direct and control a plane in mid air.

my brother this IS REAL, I heard this live on metro FM Lagos 97.7FM in one of their programs called aviation runway, if u are in Lagos tune in as from 8:30am till 10am Monday thru friday and hear stories from d aviation sector.They interviewed one of their top official who said they had to use mobile phones to make calls to direct pilots to maneuvers necessary while trying to land a plane and to keep a safe distance in air following international regulations in d absence of standard communication tools to navigate flights. The man even made mention that we are still using obsolete communication units beyond international standard. NO BE JOKE.

Smh. Religious people sef. Shouldn't you be sad that you didn't die so you could fastrack your journey to "heaven"?? I fail to see the reason for giving testimonies when several other people died.

yes it killed sultan of sokoto and his grandchildren but not Odukoya. The one that crashed in ifo ogun state killed Odukoya

10 years,Nigerian man Peter Onuka who survived a plane crash on his way to Sokoto from Lagos took to FB to thank God.According to him,at least 96 died in the tragic incident.Below is what he wrote.....

'Exactly10 years today, I was involved in a plane crash. The plane, a Boeing 737 operated by ADC Airline, was on a passenger flight from Lagos to Sokoto, via Abuja. After a short stop at Nnamdi Azikiwe airport, Abuja, the plane took off again, heading to Sokoto with 100 passengers and 5 crew members. But some seconds or a minute after take-off, the plane began to loose altitude, crashed and burst into flames.The pictures below show the remains of the plane. At least 96 people died in the crash, my heart goes to these people and their families however, out of this wreckage God brought me out alive without serious injuries. How God saved me in this crash I can't explain but I am grateful. Today, I raise an altar of praise to God. please do me a favour if you are reading this, as you take a few seconds to lift a voice of  praise and  thankgiving to God on my behalf. Thanks be unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ'

Awesome God!! You are a miracle worker!! Thank You Eternal Father for saving his life, protecting him & showing him Your incredible mercy. Continue to preserve him. Let him fulfil purpose and realise his destiny in Christ. For those who lost loved ones in that crash, Lord God please comfort them, take away their pain & release healing into their souls.

Yeah she was on that plane. That plane was coming from lag it made a stopover at abj and down to pH where it crashed .

Nope. Bimbo Odukoya Died in the Sosoliso plane crash, If am not mistaken.
