u dont do trigger blindly, you trigger when the follicles are upto 18mm or 20mm depending on the doc.
only follicular tracking would give you this info.
costs 2k to 4k per scan depending on location and lab.

The fsh is high.if u had included the range, interpretation would have been easier. If u read fvine's post I know she states, a value of 6 and below indicates good ovarian reserve and good response to ovulation stimulation. I think 6 to 9 is good as well but above 10 to 12 indicates poor ovarian reserve and ovaries might not respond excellently to stimulation. Diet change is key also know inositol to good quality eggs is usually recommended.

My dear 7.5mg no heavy na lol. itz simply 1 tab which is 2.5mg 3times daily. but the last day, it was only remaining 2tablet which is 5mg and I didnt want to touch d other card incase this one no click so I took it only morning and night.

From my observation you are self medicating

First, clomid is taken from cd3 to cd7 or cd2 to cd6 depends
Your O happens between 5-9days after clomid withdrawal.

Your gynae, shoots your hcg trigger shot a day before your O, which will be determined via tracking.

My gynae, tracked and gave me the hcg trigger shot the same day. The next day I ovulated.

The trigger shot is usually the day before your O day

Hello mommies, I need your opinion pls, I have an average cycle of 30 days so my gynea asked that do follicular tracking this month, I already did one in September (cd13,15,17) which showed my eggs were 9mm all through .I was supposed to take hcg shot once the egg was 15mm, I never took the injection based on the result of the test. I read online that women with 30 days most likely ovulate from cd16 to cd 21. I'm supposed to repeat the test this month cd 13 being 1st Nov. I feel I should wait a bit till say cd 16. I don't want to waste my money considering how much I'm being charged. Should I listen to my gynea and do it on cd 13 or should I wait till cd16 based on my 30 days cycle. Im currently on metformin, bromocreptine, Omega 3-6-9,folic acidr,vit b6.i used Clomid from cd 2 to cd 6

yeah its painful, the high cost of the tracking, depending on your location, look for a cheaper place, the follicle grows an avg of 1.5mm daily, , i suggest you stiill do on cd 13, then from the size you then calculate the growth rate n decide when to scan again, if i were in your shoes, after the scan of 9mm size, i wud hv waited about 4 days b4 doing another.

were you on clomid last cycle?..how many mg...what of this month, how many mg?, make sure your lining thickness is included in the report, clomid thins linning, so you might hv to switch to femara/letrozole if urs is too thin

Goodmorning, do your review well. We just assisted a classmate who was transferred from there to another hospital in a very critical condition because she was 'poorly managed' and also lost her baby. She is recuperating now.
Maybe it's one of Obio Cottage's bad experiences but it's the first time i have heard about Obio Cottage Hospital and the first review I got about them.

Congrats to all that has gotten their bfp's, u shall all carry to term in Jesus name! For those of us still in the waiting room, the God of Sarah, Rebeccah, Hannah n Elizabeth is still alive n will remember us this month.

This month, our stories must change, that period we see every month that makes us sad, we shall not see that period again because our time to get pregnant has come. Our wombs shall co-operate with the plans n purpose of God which is to be fruitful.

We root out by fire, anything God has not planted in our wombs, be it fibroid, ovarian cysts, fallopian tube diseases, hormonal imbalances, etc that are contending with our conception........dry up in Jesus name!

We call forth our children out of Heaven into our wombs in Jesus Mighty Name!
Father, every fertility treatment we are into this month, please work through them and give us unlimited bfp's. All these we pray through Christ Our Lord........Amen!

Please was it ur first time of using letrozole? Were u having issues ovulating on ur own?? Why did u start with a higher dose of 7.5mg , were u unresponsive to lower doses say 2.5 or 5 mg daily?? Sorry for d many questions dear I just want to understand better.

@rhukkie,look for a scan centre dat does full monitoring as in,they charge u once for like 4x instead of paying everyday in a cycle.Explain to the technician your cycle length so he wud be able to advice u wen to come in.And then on your own,wen do u think u ovulate?u know,most doctors just assume every woman have a 28days cycle and then calculate ov based on that.So,talk to your scan guy too.
