Why you have $345.72 as your total is because of the additional features/services that were added, I.e. site backup pro, search engine JumpStart, and sitelock security.

These features are optional and not necessary. You can simply untick them to proceed with your payment of $214.20 instead of $345.72.

Not that way... First, I believe you needed the ticked options and it wasn't a default selection. You can untick them, if you want.

Back to your question. You will have to pay $321.84 every 3 years, and $23.88 every year after the first payment.
