Ominiaho, the man accused of trying to blackmail Nollywood actress and broadcaster Ogbuji Grace Amarachi by releasing her past lesbian sex tape has been arrested by Ominiaho.

She was arrested by the police for alleging that Ominiaho was planning to blackmail her by releasing a sex video she took with her friend Drea some years back.

First of all, The man is a comedian i believe called Omimi, Op were did you see any police arresting anybody, the guy released a video calling her out of the Radio station for her to provide evidence to her claim, it was all just a conversation before the video ended, i think its a publicity stunt.

I am very sure you can see the place in my post where i mentioned that it is defamation. What you have to realize is that defamation of character is not a criminal offence, therefore the police have absolutely no right nor duty to arrest her. The man should have sued her and let the court award him damages.

As it is, that woman is having her rights trampled upon!
