Who started military coup in Nigeria? Igbo soldiers. When it was retaliated they cried foul and sought to break the unity of Nigeria which the government resisted. Don't turn history upside down. Igbos are too domineering. They can't live peacefully with others without plotting ways to take their properties/wealth whether by hook or crook. This has been the problem and the main reason Niger Deltans will never support your struggle.

I am not into any struggle and will never be. I am a central Nigerian. I made my observations based on the general mindset of niger deltans

On the other hand. The land belongs to them. Sometimes, I believe that theses chiefs and All chiefs in Nigeria should be THE SENATORS. The current senators should be sent packing. They don't represent anybody's interest. Put all these Chiefs in the senate house. All them Oni of Ife and Oba of Benin and co.

Those guys will make better decisions and people will readily listen to them and follow.

you are replying the wrong person because I ain't what you think. I am a Nigerian but I am objective and made my observations based on what I have been reading and hearing from some people from Niger delta here

The Oil belongs to them in the first place.

Greedy souls. These are the same ppl that get billions through NDDC, N/D ministry and the famous amnesty program. What else do they want, are they the only ones in this country? Their leaders who are stealing and embezzeling their collective resources are going about in pot bellies and this ppl still have the boldness of making demands. Full military action is the best option, because i don't see why N/G should hold the country to ransom over these issues for all these years.

You can NEVER have what you ask for in Nigeria. You may only control your resources via self-determination. In the end, there's only one option....

By the way, all of today's Nigeria's problems hinge on that very option. I'm sure u know exactly what I'm talking about . Don't want to mention it... just came back from a month's ban cos of that name.

And until everyone comes to full realization of the fact that NO SOLUTION, Nigeria will continue to wallow in illusions.
