I've gotten through with it. A former classmate helped out. what I had to do was to put a hyphen before my reference number.

Please did your ref.no ever have a minus sign before it cos mine didn't and I just tried it with the minus sign and it's still saying status processing

I never knew it has a hyphen until I check again and I saw the hyphen. It is - not_. Try it again.

It's 9 not 17 digits .you are using the wrong digits .check your reference number on the site and use it with the dash sign
