Someone would be crazy or totally naive to push for a $30 billion loan, knowing full well that the existing $11 billion is serviced with 30% of our monthly revenue!

With a total of $41 billion loan, Nigeria should be ready to repay with almost 100% of her monthly revenue. Isn't this madness?
