The reality is that the chances of surviving a massive heart attack are still not that high. Doctors can do their best, but nature plays a big role.
As in patient's body. That many young and fit footballers only rarely survive it shows the danger of it. Former West Ham's Muamba was extremely lucky.

Many of these deaths could have be prevented if, beforehand, the victims knew their risk factors and the warning signs of an impending heart attack..most just ignore the symptoms
