Fryzi:Great, it's high time you igbo leaders confront the status quo and stop licking their useless asses. If they refuse to integrate the igbos properly in their developmental schemes, then they should push for referendum for us to leave. Enough is enough. Meanwhile the power of social media at work. Kudos to Enugu State government |

elfmann:That's my problem here. You guys just think everyone hates you and is out to get you. Do you know what led to the civil war? Most youths just shout about Biafra, Biafra, civil war without even doing adequate research on the matter |

Cooly100:I just have one question for you. Why are you guys full of hate and venom. Small thing, you will start to curse people or labeled them afonja. Always assuming victims mentality. Same way you guys curse Zuckerberg. My bro, this world is not like that, we must learn to be tolerant. I served in IMO state and I love the way ibo people there treat me, but looking at how you ipob keep going about your fight for freedom, you can't get it. You need to use intelligent approach. Didn't you see Britain. Am very sure your reply will also be full of venom. Good morning |

You talk too much without information. Do you know how many states in the Southwest and elsewhere are reconstructing federal roads in[ their state? Tinubu and Fashola repaired federal roads to the tune of 60 billion naira. Osun state is reconstructing amd dualizing Gboangan-Osogbo federal road with state fund. Fayose is reconstructing Ikere Ekiti-Ado Ekiti federal road. Amosun has done some in Ogun. Mimiko repaired the Ogbese section on the highway to Abuja in Ondo state.Kano has done several. Katsina too. At least those places that I know of I have mentioned. Why all these noisemakimg from you? Marginilization is been felt everywhere. Don't cry foul and lay claims to victimization. author=saint7000 post=50810626]Afonjas are viewing this thread and thinking of what excuse to type...to show that SE/Igbos deserved this. Afonjas like and relish to see Igbos in pain. One the other day one said SE don't deserve any federal projects since we want Biaffra, and I said to him...I'll agree with you if Federal government through Federal Inland Revenue Service Will stop collecting federal tax from Igbos, then that would make sense. The nuisance ran away. What these wicked people don't understand is, the more you marginalize Igbos, the more successful they are; we have demonstrated this coming out of the civil war with all of our wealth expropriated by Awolowo to sitting comfortably today as the most successful black race. |

Fryzi:The fear of what the Igbos can do is the beginningof wisdom in Nigeria. Fg doesn't want to develop the area yet and doesn't want the people from the area to do so. Isn't that wickedness? Igbos can develop igboland to the admiration of other parts of the country if allowed to build roads. Now I see why some people are afraid of letting them go or restructure the country. |

Cooly100:i blame FG for negligence, but largely the fault is with corrupt south east leaders.. Gej is there for 6yrs with his dubious sureP programme, he can't touch one road in SE. And igbo pple are calling him there Azikiwe. Cry me a river. |

Thanks for ur mature response to my comment.. I believe we all can learn one or two things from one another if we try aside sentiment.. Visit the region and understand better.. |

Princedapace:Have you for one moment considered if it was your past governors that were to blame? Governments like dividing people along religious and tribal lines to keep them occupied while they loot them dry. Look at the Niger Delta for example. We have Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, we have James Ibori. Why is it that its the governors f the places claiming to be marginalized by the FG that they always catch for 'over stealing'. Isn't that supposed to tell you something? They bomb their region to get the FG's attention but they NEVER question the thiefs that they call governors |
| Re: Enugu State Embarks On Reconstruction Of FG Roads by Princedapace(m): 11:20am On Nov 07, 2016 |
AnonyNymous:I'm not talking about Niger delta..I know little about that politics.. I'm talking about basic FG amenities like road, trans facilities..facilating projects to boost economy, friendly policies ect to support the people from south east.. It is not about this govt...is been there wit us.. As for political division, is been there for a while..it is a national thing and not regional thing.. |

Princedapace:Asking for better treatment which every Nigerian regardless of tribal or ethnic origin deserves is not a crime is quiet different from the usual tribalism and abuse you and your kind spew all over the place.. And who is asking you not to live? Have you and your people packed your load from other parts of Nigeria and returned to your villages? Have your governors, ministers and National leaders resigned from the Nigerian government and declared biafra? If you really are serious about Nigeria, you need to first do that and we'll start taking you seriously.. |

meccuno:What is wrong with Lagos? The fact that it's Lagos means they did nor repair federal roads or owed money for doing so or Lagos is no longer a sate in Nigeria? What a silly and demented argument.. aresssa:And also learn how to read and comprehend instead of peddling hatred and tribalism on the internet.. |

aresssa:U don't really need to insult me indirectly bro and not everyone who talks in favor of Biafra is a supoerter Biafra...that is my problem wit anti briafrans.. Look..not everyone in south east is a supporter of Biafra..and not everyone outside south east is against it.. I av met many yorubas who wholeheartedly admitted that it is a good call..and forget about ministers....and governors.. They are benefiting from the one Nigerian song...they will never ask for their source of income to be screwed..and ur useage of villages is insulting.. Why must u always insult people from that region? U call south easterners tribal bigot but ibos and northerners are the most travelling set of people who easily blend in other regions.. What do u even understand by being tribal conscious? Sometimes I wish I can meet people like u one on one and we talk like matured minds instead of insulting one another..my brother...be a free person...don't allow those who sing song of Biafra to always get u annoyed..life is too short.. In a sane world where sane people live, people who wana leave a particular unity are mostly asked why they wana leave and not insult them..the name Biafra pains most of u to hell and I don't know why..u mentioned ibos living in other regions why they av not parked and left...and I begin to wonder the standard of the person I'm quoting.. U should know that not every IBO man wana leave Nigeria ... U should also know that wen they declared Biafra in 1967, the Nigerian govt went to war...so...if those agitating for a sovereign Biafra state declares today...it is a crime and Nigeria will go for war again....it must be granted bro..if it is not granted...it will be war again..understand that..and I don't think anyone is ready for war again..not a nice choice.. Also understand that wen granted...if done that way, some Igbos will prefer to be with Nigeria..it's done all over the world.. I will choose Nigeria too.. But i will desire a Nigeria where powers of the central govt are reduced and regions allowed to control their growth and development.. So...u see why everyone can't park and leave and u see why they can't park their bags and move to their 'village' as u av said...like u don't av villages.. Sad enough..people like u always think south east is worst and backward...no...u got it all wrong...it is not...they are only complaining about lack of FG care... Which to me , generally, nigeria as a country needs care.. If u marry today and u don't take care of ur wife...ur wife decides to remain wit u...there is no problem...it is her choice but if she chooses to leave ...u need to respect her and talk to her and improve on ur love to make her stay.. But if she insists...u follow the process of divourcw and u not got separate ways.. Simple! Always rememeber, there was nothing like Nigeria before..the country was created as a result of British greediness and oppression.. If the regions must remain the way our colonial masters made it, our leaders must do the needful..which is to develop the country evenly....That u can remain quiet wen Nigerian govt which ur governors...ur ministers etc are part of oppress and deny u of basic life standards...doesn't mean others should and must keep quiet too.. That they complain about it doesn't bring insult to them.. U av to understand that not everyone can smile while suffering.. Well..I really wish u can see my points without the usual hatred and sentiments...but I doubt.. All the same...my guy...one bottle for u..no need vex...one love..one day, e go clear for our eyes Sey the current naija no dey work.. ![]() |

aresssa:Your way of thinking is one of the problem we have in Nigeria today, Why is it people from the southwest always use Lagos state to justify what is going on in other states. For God sake Lagos as a city was the former federal capital of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, that alone allowed development into Lagos state. When you look at it 50% or 60% of major roads in Lagos state are federal roads even federal built streets in Lagos. The west is not just Lagos state, No region in Nigeria will have the privileges Lagos has over the years that will not be capable to see 50 billion to do federal roads. Lagos, Lagos, Lagos if half of south easterners pull their businesses from Lagos, Lagos will not have 50 billion to do federal roads, like wise the northerners. So please you all should stop comparing apple and oranges , Osun state is not better than Imo state, neither is Ogun state better than Anambra state and Ekiti is not also better than Enugu state. Let say tomorrow the federal government decide to relocate the capital from Abuja and people like you will came out here to compare the economy of Abuja city and that of Owerri. |
