Obasanjo as President Commissioned Imo state University Teaching Hospital in Orlu, Imo state's second most populated town. The hospital prospered.
In the last four years this has been the main road leading to the hospital as Okorocha government scrapped it and abandoned it.
Today, Okorocha has set up another Committee to remove the hospital from its present location, all for his private business interests.
This hospital is the only notable establishment Imo state or federal government has in this part of Imo state.

Okigwe and Orlu zones have been left out, without any development. Okorocha tried to do a few roads in them, that's all.
