good morning gurus in the house. I have some important questions to ask.

1. when a client contacts me to request for my service with attachments, does that mean he has already bought my gig or we need to negotiate before he does that? and after the negotiation will I get a notification that someone requires my service?

No... if he sent you the attachment via msg box, then he wants you to check the attachment and confirm if you can do the job...
If he has ordered your gig, there will be a notification that you have an order and you can view the order page.

2. how do I get paid if I eventually help the client to do a job?

Once an order has been placed, you get paid once you complete the job and client accepts the delivery... but it takes 14days for the money to be available for withdrawal (by selling the dollars to exchangers) after the order has been marked completed by the buyer.

3. how do I get the job across to the buyer.

There is an option to "DELIVER" on the order page

4. how can I be careful not to be cheated

Theres no specific way because there are some cunning buyers... you just have to give the job your best so you can be confident enough to take up the issue to customer support once a buyer tries to play smart.

5. how do I outsource a job I have no idea of without any dollar in my fiverr account

you will have to pay someone who can do the job here in naira or pay someone (who has funds in fiverr) in naira to help you pay the seller (you want to outsource the job to) in dollars on fiverr.

please I just need someone to explain to me how this fiverr whole thing works because I just told a buyer I do not have the required expertise in the job she's asking me to do.
