How exactly do we reason in this contract. How can a group of armed bandits storm a public place like an airport, claiming that they were rehearsing against terrorists. Are we that dense in this country. Where's common sense in the things that we do?

True but such drills are so impt that one can not highlight the point so effectively. What I had hoped to hear is that they also organized such drills for civillians together with NAF. Then again they should have warned the passengers before hand.

If they dont do it now and when it eventually happens, u will be d 1st to criticise them for slow response and for not anticipating scenarios to combat it. We cant be pleased in this country thats just it. And u have forgotten that awareness has been on 4 ppl who care to listen.

circumspection please. Information about the exercise was on days before it happened. Even on the said day, FAAN kept on announcing. Most people were ready. People had their phones and cameras ready. I was there. Saw military helicopters hovering and one alpha jet circling...it was fun. It is unfortunate those 3 got injured. Bros learn to consider the 2 or more sides to a story.

there was more than advance warning. There were notices everywhere. But we are a funny people...wee scarcely take things serious until thee reality hits us.

Announcement was made in the airport all through Sunday evening till past 11 am Tuesday morning when the simulation started... The simulation started Monday with men of the NAF coming down from their helicopter outside the airport onto the topmost floor. Then the one that is Been reported above.... A lot people knew about it..take a look at the picture below... it was just a training exercise nothing more

No wonder. I saw an Hind helicopter flying towards the NAF base around noon yesterday. It was pained in desert camouflage. I guess it was brought in from the north for the exercise.
