ur prenatals are very essential ooo, try cold water or add lemon juice to a litre of water, eat crackers too and oda food that goes well, biko dont joke with ur prenatals abeg

Chineke nna! Isi gini? Bitter leaf juice no bitter for ya mouth when you dey find the pikin now them don enter you dey complain of bitter taste? If I hear say you skip your prenatals ehn? Nne biko eat and drink water o!!!!

Remember four people are sharing whatever nutrients enters your mouth so you can imagine how depleted the resources are getting if you don't eat or drink?

Biko try eat you hear? Think of the precious babies and endure, that bitter taste won't last long.
