I'll go for a ball park figure of around N6bn-N8bn daily using a rough estimate of 20,000,000 inhabitants gorging on N200-N250 worth of meals on a daily basis (Breakfast, lunch, snacking, water, drinks and dinner).

Certainly this is a very rough estimate and there are a significant number outside this band. However, I believe this is the minimum amount a Lagosian will spend daily.

Yet Nigeria are shouting recession and wailing poverty and dollar rising and naira falling. Please let the recession continue.
