Please aside first bank where else can I get it, went there today they said the portal hasn't opened in more than 2 weeks is this true?

Can I still update it after nysc stops registration?

I have the verification pin bought from first bank with my name before nysc registration commence ...If that one is usefull to you, i can sell it to you.. ....Is not used, i have 3 available.. ..
