I contacted the guy and he helped me and it was restored, now it has happened again, since yesterday I have not been able to browse and my data has also disappeared.

it's sad. I've been a loyal Etisalat customer since 2009 and have enjoyed their fast Internet speed but with this their new "stingy" data allocation (not as if they're cheaper in calls or other packages), I think it's time to relegate my sim to only calls since it's my business line and I'm on their easy life 4.0 limited package (that's the only reasonable package since their operation).

I'm still wondering which one to use for data, mtn doesn't work well where I work but good at home , glo has always been a disaster everywhere (even in their offices), airtel is not consistent (it doesn't work well in my office in computer village also), Ntel has refused to register the sim I bought from them over a month ago (I never get time to visit their office and give the girl that sold the sim to me hell. I'm just stuck.

Same thing happened to me also and I pm him and he explained to me that he misplaced the sim and some one used the whole data and he asked for my number and sent a Noda 15gb to me and it's still working , the guy is trusted just pm and is am 100% sure he will sort it out with u

For those complaining about their data, I sympathise with you. I'm sure DF will rectify the issue. I, on the other hand, have not experience it. Been rocking the 15gig for almost a month now with no issues.

There are too many issues with this subscription. Suddenly, Etisalat becomes very slow, next thing it says your data has been exhausted and finally your sponsors wallet is empty. Anyway, kindly spend your hard earned money wisely. I subscribed for 15gb but I could not use 5gb. Which kind life. I'm not bothered again. Let me just continue with my previous plan. Awooof dey really run belle....

PS. I have endorsed the smooth transaction but the actual service is very bad.... My 2cents

the Etisalat promo ended yesterday. Thank God u use at least 12gb out of the 15gb sent.. am currently resolving issues with those that didn't use it upto a week

My bro used his for only 6 days .. I paid on the 24th Nov, during which some days he could not browse.. I hope the issues resolved go reach me
