Client: A nairalander
Contractors: Tigerkenn Homes Ltd
Budget: 22 million naira

what if we prefer 3-bedrooms instead of the 2 bedroom??

I am so glad I dont see any cantilever or shoot-out in this house. Very nice simple design to maximize the land use.

Yes, the construction stage only, (foundation till roofing only) with stone chippings, as against the brown stones we use in Enugu.
