You are quick to throw jabs but you forget to guard y head afterwards. Fact is when you you think upside down like you do, every sane mind appears to you upside down too.

Who owns the resources with which NE 'll be rehabilitated? Who allowed BH to fester? The maritime uni and the NE rehabilitation, which came 1st? Has BH been completely defeated before NE 'll be rehabilitated? Everyday w see commissioned officers being killed by BH. What are the grievances of the ND militants that ha reduced the volume of our crude oil export which has plunge us deep into recession? And you still want to cancel the maritime uni. Maybe when our crude oil export hits ZERO your will cease t think upside down.

What u are saying does not make sense.

That is what you get when you are half informed.

North East rehabilitation funds include donations both within and outside the country besides the money FG earmarked.

Lol, "besides t money FG earmarked" where is that money from?

Just in case you are too deaf to understand, the ND are asking for the maritime uni to be built with resources harnessed from their back yard not some so called "foreign donation" why then are you weeping over it? What I your state's contribution to the country "NIGERIA"

Mr. Amaechi then cited insecurity in the area, and said the project was a “misplacement of priority” because there are transport institutes in Zaria (Kaduna), and Oron (Akwa Ibom), already.

Later on June 14 in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, the Minister said the Federal Government lacked the funds to continue with school; and that unless the N13 billion spent on the procurement of the land for the project was retrieved, the project stood scrapped.

“Okerenkoko (Maritime University), I am not against,” he said. “My argument about Okerenkoko is that land alone is 13 billion(naira). If you give me 13 billion, I will buy the half of Lagos. That 13 billion has built the university already.”

“What to do: let EFCC retrieve the money and release the money and we build the university. If they bring the N13 billion, I will build the university for them. That’s for land alone. I believe the Federal Government does not have money. When we have money, we can continue. The minister of petroleum has said he would look for the money. Minister, give me the money and we continue,” Mr. Amaechi said in Uyo.

If what Amaechi said is as stated above, I do not c anything wrong in his submission
