Yes but she can easily copy and paste from a spreadsheet containing the PINs. The Issue currently being faced is either the PINS are being typed incorrectly or other people had used the PINs. I doubt if others had used it though surest bet is that it was typed incorrectly to the site.

Recharge pins are not aranged serially like that, they're arranged randomly otherwise people will be guessing the pins anyhow. Linda played a fast one on those guys big time.
