If an ungodly man could offer such a cruel judgement to his kind... what do we say of a righteous God...His judgement would be grave, the ungodly would not stand his judgement. We have burnt our like in temporary fire... If we after giving such judgement fails to be upright (God's definition of an upright man) our own punishment would be grave (we shall all burn in hell {an eternal fire} ). We in our judgement have denied them a hope and a future, we have committed them to mother earth and deprived them a chance of repentance...But the merciful God who is not fast to condemn us still offers us a chance to be reconciled to him...He wants to give u a hope and a future today.#WILLuACCEPTtheOFFERtoday? |

Its just unfortunate, jungle justice is a fallout of the failure of our judicial system (from police to court)..For example,a thief who pleaded guilty to a theft of 15,000 was sentenced to a month imprisonment with an option of 5000 fine,I witnessed this in a court...The guy paid the 5000 and was freed. So tell me is that deterant or an encouraging situation... 1 Like |

JeffreyJamez: Just because criminals act like animals does not mean you should become one too. There is a deep psychological problem within the society in Nigeria. Any and everything is justifiable. "Dem never pay salary since. I beg make i put on my police uniform go collect bribe for road" or "Which kain tin be dis na? See as hostel toilet doti. Since dem no wan clean am, make i do my business for ground here" or "I beg make i pour the refuse for gutter joo since dem no wan provide garbage disposal" or "Where is the tyre and petrol? Let's set him on fire because if we leave him with the police, the will let him go" Etc. Are you seeing a pattern? As long as Nigerians can get away with depravity, they will justify it. I wonder why you guys don't understand that you are only harming yourselves with this behavior. You are gradually turning the country into a jungle fit for animals. There is no reason or excuse for murder but i guess that does not apply to Nigerians. I will keeping saying this; Every Nigerian living in Nigeria is a potential murderer. 2 Likes 1 Share |

BrutalJab: Brave men of our time. You don't need much excuse to showoff your bravery. You don't need a second invitation to be a judge. In daylight you unleash a darkness worst than midnight. You are fighting a trivial "badness" with a terrible evil. You won, you killed him. A bragging right against the devil. Hope you kept his skull? As a trophy, your cup, a memorabilia. To prove to your future kids what a brave lion their dad was. The lion of the tribe of murderers. But sometimes you need to be big enough to see how small you are. You need to be brave enough to see what a prosaic little coward you are. To err is human but your stupidity is divine. You are a slave to your own foolishness and whoever took these pictures share in this foolishness. Your temperament can't accommodate thieves yet government rob you daily. You are robbed of your right, your privileges. Your future is stolen and your destiny being moved. None of these sparked your revolutionary judgmental bravery. You chose a petty thief to decorate. A fatal decoration. A tire necklace and gasoline perfume. This is 52 shades of dark. |

lepasharon:Each time I hear individuals Like you who lack any iota of historical knowledge about Africa.. Terming it barbaric. It baffles me. So the Europeans weren't barbaric when they took millions of Africans from their home and termed them slaves.. Chained their mouths, hands and legs. Boared them on a ship, where most of them would probably die off anyway... How about the apartheid in South Africa was that not an act of barbarism where an African man needed a ticket just to take a stroll in his own country.. .how about the KKK in the US weren't they barbaric in their numerous attempt to annihilate blacks... How about the millions of Red-indians who died at the expense of white expansion. ..what about Hitler, Stalin,.are they not EUROPEANS? weren't they barbaric.... Do you even know what Transpired in Kenya.. .the harm done to the mau mau people by the whites (apex of barbarism)...if you don't know about history just SHUT UP!! !! 8 Likes

The problem I have with jungle justice is that innocent people could be victims. . Or the punishment could be to severe for the said crime. Other than that, rapists and violent criminals need to be beaten to stupor . |

Silly thread. The writer had to emphasize that the boy is 7years old and he stole garri. Now you see how people deliberately lie to themselves just to justify their own sentiments? Jungle justice is justice too. And it's neither here nor there. In FACT, it is a potent way to fight corruption and the best way to enforce, 'Change begins with you' 1 Like |

JeffreyJamez: No one said not to defend yourself when attacked. But, when you premeditatedly conspire to kill another human being publicly, how is that not murder? Show me where in the Nigerian legal system where it says it is lawful to do so? You think Nigeria is an island? The world is watching and reaffirming the conclusions that Nigerians are animals. |

I oppose jungle justice when the person is just a suspect & not caught red handed. But please if a criminal is caught red-handed, I completely support jungle justice, it's a very good way to deter future criminals as opposed to d police who allow those criminals to just get bailed out as long as they paid cash. dis op just had no idea how some of these criminals treat people during their free reign dats why he is sympathetic to criminals |
