You obviously don't know what failure is. The appeal court judgement is ready,as soon as this last huddle is crossed. it is checkmate.

I said judgement will be delivered before the elections and I still stand by that statement. If this case is not resolved before 26 there will be no election in ondo on that day

I wondered why Nigerians are not seeing the danger ahead. The Judiciary and INEC is being bastardised to frustrate credible elections. For those of us that voted for PMB, what if he did not live to our expectation and we want to vote him out in 2019? "Justice Saulawa also cited the motion filed by the respondents before the Supreme Court on Thursday, asking for an order of the apex court to disband the Saulawa panel and take disciplinary action by going ahead to hear the appeal in defiance of established judicial principle."

The koko remains that the appeal court sat and heard proceedings on the substantive suit. Asking the supreme court to disband the panel does not mean the supreme court will grant it especially where it has no basis
