Good. The case is frivolous. They are just using the loopholes in our judicial process to stall, though I'm no fan of the PDP but the circumvention of the judicial process should not be encouraged by any.

Good development. That's how law should be followed. Like I said somewhere if Olanipekun and the panel members followed this path last week, judgment would have been delivered since but they choose to play into Poroye’s lawyer hand by going ahead and then stalling the suit. Now he has achieved his aim he now applied to withdraw the motion. Hopefully the Appeal will deliver the judgment by tomorrow.

Where is sahara reporters now to tell us if the S'court judges are paid Now in a case where sherrif/poroye filed a case in the s'court just to stop appeal court but were too lazy to proceed but rather wanted to withdraw the case shame on sahara reporters for not reporting this
