I didn't do sitz bath, I was using the spray bottles filled with water and Epsom salt. I think I stopped using it when the discomfort was gone... maybe 10-11 days after giving birth. You can look down below to see if your stitches are healed.

OK. I just got over it this Sunday. it infected my baby first then the house.
What I use for baby. I dap warm water on cotton wool to clean ds and a drop of breast milk by the cornea now and then.
As for the adults, we went further to use potato overnight. just place it on the affected eye and sleep. when you wake up in the middle of the night, cut another and place. Magic. the swelling will be gone and eye cleared.

It's too early for mashed/lumpy solids at 6 months plus. Puréed food is what's recommended.

Potatoes (Irish or sweet) are excellent but combine with either mixed vegetable (depending on your choice though) and chicken or both.

You have to try different varieties and not stick to the same recipe. My rule of thumb for any combo I prepare is that three areas must be covered - carbohydrate, protein and most importantly vegetables.

For example, this week might be Irish/chicken/green peas, next might be sweet potatoes/beef/mixed veg, following week might be both, etc. With time, you will find out the combo he enjoys the most as he will end up having a favourite.

You have to be careful with fruits because if it's too much, it could result in loose or frequent stools.

I'm using palm kernel oil for his skin and bum (after every diaper change), then coconut oil for his hair.

Wetin do (original) ori? Anybody who condemns you tell them to help you buy sebamed. Nansese.

Just boil in a pot without adding salt or spices till its very soft. A decent blender should be able to blend almost anything.

I use blender to blend the beans for my moin moin and I get a very fine paste with no granules, so blending chicken or beef into purée is not an issue

I bought sports master chef flask on Thursday and I tested it when I got home, it kept water for 24hrs and am okay with that, got one last year and it serves me well to but not for 3 days o, though warm on d third day.

When you buy, always wash with warm water according to my customer.

I use original thermos flask (brand name is thermos) and it keep water hot for about two days. There's no way to test a genuine flask. You just have to buy from a genuine seller.

My aunty once told me that you put the flask mouth/ opening on your ear i.e. listen to the flask.

The louder the sound, the more effective it will be. Mine almost deafened me when I tried it and it keeps water hot for at least 48 hours.

Doesn't work any more! My brothers have found way to imitate that whoosh sound vacuum makes I bought gint sometimes back, i did the ear test and got the whirling whoosh sound yet it didn't keep hot for 24hrs despite being stamped hot or cold for 3 days.
Key is to buy from a reputable place with warranty.
