The problem we are experiencing today is the fact that PMB is not a good manager of economy and he refused to appoint qualified people to help him.......Let us stop making excuses for his obvious failure

Light in my area here in PHC has gone on leave. Some apartments in my neighborhood have refused to reconnect their light after PHED disconnected then over two months now. They prefer running generators as there is not light anyways. We see light only 2-3 days a week around say from 1am , by 6am it disappears for the next few days.
