Oshoala maybe the most recognised player in the squad, but that does not mean she has the leadership skills of a captain.
Oshoala is still very young and needs to grow and mature as a player before foisting such responsibilty on her; however, her own time will come.
What matters now is to get a player, as captain, who can rally the team to victory.
