I'm struggling to find some of these foods and I always have to bring them back from the USA, or if i cant bring them then I have to do without.

If you know where I can buy them please let me know.. I will update this thread as I look for some stuff:

1.Brazil Nuts
2. Almond
2. Black Berries
3. Blue Berries..
4. Black Berries
5. Cauliflower
6. Spinach
7 . Broccoli
8. Kale


And as for meats. does anyone know where I can buy WILD CAUGHT FISH like mackerel, salmon, prawn, etc. I dont like the pond farmed stuff they sell down here as it smells/tastes too fishy.

Also looking for free range chicken as well.. Pls let me know which of this is available.

Are you in abj? I know you can get all those here except for black and blue berries. I use to know a Bureau de change guy in jos that brings exotic mangos from Germany and those blue and black berries but it's been a while. You can check shoprite,orange market(maraba)garki or wuse market if you r in abj. BOL
