I witnessed it whilst growing up in the mid 90s. Its was a form of traditional festival where Male and Female engage themselves in a battle of words. on the three days set aside for the festival you and your group of friends are free to walk into any girl's house and insult the hell out of her while the ladies are also allow to do same. The last day used to be the flogging day. Flog anything flogable.
