if you can rent land and buy block making equipments, you can start a block industry on a small scale you'll be getting at least 300k a month depending on how much jobs you get.. make sure it's on the road side or you can start a fish pond business.

no I wanna do block industry cos I can start with any amount provided I have the land and equipments, but for fish pond.. you have to have the real stuff unless you're gonna be losing money
