fixing it is not the problem if not the money it's going to gulp from my account. The laptop has a lot of fault. The USB port stopped working earlier this year, the battery is bad and the cd rom is not working. And the worst part is that padlock fell on it few weeks ago and the screen got spoilt. I'm certain repairing it will cost me nothing less that 20k. and to even think that it's an old dell laptop can't waste money on it.

Cant i use my android phone?

bushy I mean is that is out of residential area or not
if it is out of residential area you can't use it. you can divert back to your residential house if there is little space and you are permitted

it's actually a residential area but not widely populated. There's no space where i live.
