Now this will be very expository. From all indications from the people that have interviewed and are unable to login to the npvn website of npower, I discovered that many of them didn't write the test in the first place but when they checked the selection portal url they saw their names.

Now this same people up till now haven't got an acknowledged SMS.

This perhaps may be the reason why many of these people haven't been able to login.

So if you know you didn't write your test but you saw ur name in the npower screening portal don't jubilate yet cos only authentic applicants who wrote the test , saw their names shortlisted on the portal and finally received SMS are the only people that should congratulate themselves.

Peradventure you fulfilled the above requirements but still cannot login yet, then don't worry everything shall be fixed in no time.

This is not true.
When I registered, I did not received the confirmation mail, no test and my name wad shortlisted and I have signed in.

its TRUE I also know of someone personally who didn't write d test she never evn logged in after registration n her name came out. I was d one who saw d name n called her attention to it...

That cannot be totally eradicated it must come with some errors no matter how little

Those who haven't been able to login have not had their information loaded on the portal.

the most possible reason

For those having login problem, try using
Username: your phone number
Password: any of your other name i.e if you have tried using your surname. E.g Emeka. The first letter should be in capital letter while the other letters should be small letters.
It worked for me, and i hope it works for you too

To my own knowledge, there was official statement carried on Monday by major newspaper and it is on the website too but what I can not really say is if truly it will be effective

If you can't login with your phone no and your surname, try and login in with your registered email address and your surname.

I used my phone number as my username name and my name as my password. use your first name and not your surname... if it didnt work, then inter change the name

I tried logging in dis morning as usually after so many attempt and combinations with no progress but lo and behold as i input my phone number (username) and surname (password), lolz d tin just open, oboy I come do my update though they never post me @agro...

so keep trying, e go still open

For those trying to login, if u tried using ur surname as ur password and it didn't then try ur first or middle name that is if u used the name during d registration it might go thru.

Type ur name the way u see it on the selected list anything different WILL not WORK

I have finally understand the problem of this login.. I jst did mine yesterday afta multiply trials.. I was using my phone to login datz y I had problem.. but immediately I used my Laptop it went 1time... please use ur laptop or go to d cafe.. use ur phone numba as username nd ur surname as password... I promise you ur problem Will b solved
