Interesting and intelligent submission. I think this overdependence on emotional feelings instead of empirical facts accounts for the reason why most women when confronted with evidences of their significant other's philandering acts choose rather to listen to their emotions and not their intellects, thereby reacting in a manner that looks stupid to an observer.

Lest we forget, not all women fall in this category though. Maybe most, but not all.
