N'IBOM YOUTHS SLAM UDOM EMMANUEL OVER COMMISSIONERS LIST Group of youths from Afaha Offiong,the sit of government of Nsit Ibom Local Government Area staged a peaceful protest over Gov. Udom Emmanuel's commissioners' appointment list sent to the AKHA, recently. According to the youths who aired their views on the appointment of commissioners by His Excellency, Gov. Udom Emmanuel,none of their industrious sons icluding Hon. Idongesit Bassey, BOT -Member of Transformation Initiative, a grassroot mobilizer and a banker cum politician was included as a commissioner.Speaking further,they said they are not happy with Gov. Udom Emmanuel's policies in sharing of infrastructural development in the area. They argued that Afaha Offiong, Mbiaso Ward1 gave PDP and Gov. Udom Emmanuel the highest votes during the 2015 governorship elections in Nsit Ibom and deserve a better deal in sharing of political position in the state.
