Hello prospective farmers, due to popular demand and request, we have good news for those have been asking us for good farmland location in ogun state to site their farms.
We know good locations for these kind of agric land:
1 fish farm
2 All kinds of animal husbandry like piggery, poultry, snail farming, goats etc
3 cassava and maize plantation
4 palm kernel
5 tomatoes
6 others as well ( make enquiry )

The land is sold in acres. An acre is 150,000 per acre, above 5 acres there is a 20,000 discount.Land locations are obafemi-owode local government and odeda local government in ogun state.

There is a survey title for both land. Land can be charted and checked at ministry of lands for verification by interested buyers/farmer.

We have at alabata village in odeda local government of Ogun state and kajola in obafemi-owode also in Ogun state.
Price is 200,000 per acre and there is discount for purchases above 10 acres
