We Won’t Allow You Quit Active Politics yet, Jonathan Tells Anenih by deantimes(op): 5:54am On Nov 27, 2016

FORMER President, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, has told a former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Board of Trustees, Chief Tony Anenih, that he cannot quit active politics yet.

Jonathan spoke on Saturday at the venue of the launch of Anenih’s book, where the former Minister of Works announced the decision to quit active politics.

Jonathan told Anenih that he has to rescind his decision to quit active politics because his experience in security and politics would be wasted if he left at this time.

He said: “You may not be in position to attend political meetings, but you are our political leader until God decides that you will leave us.

“The country is passing through political stages (and) your experience and wisdom will be required to direct us and stabilise the nation.

“We will excuse you from attending night meetings, BoT meetings, but you will continue to mentor us, we will continue to consult you.”

Between the Clueless one,and the failed Politician Anenih,I don't know who is more hilarious.

Atleast,they both share one thing in common,and that thing is called failure.

Once upon a time,both Politician's home were a Mecca of sort,for those wanting to be anything in Nigeria.

But they have both been reduced to a semblance of irrelevance in Nigeria,and from what I was reliably informed,have to even flash their own phone numbers to be sure it is working,since nobody calls them anymore.

So the one that got his behind whooped after spending billions,and and got sent back to the waterside of his village by Tinubu,is asking one of those that caused his failures not to leave politics?

See why they call him Clueless?

Jonathan should do the honourable thing,by joining Anenih in retirement.

This man GEJ is really clueless; while his gullible followers are hypocritically clamoring for younger generation politicians (even though there are the frontiers of a 70 years old Atiku for 2019 & inconsequential distant supporters of an old controversial Donald Trump) He is busy begging an octogenarian to return to politics.

The man knew the game is up. How can u place a party with individual differences whose main objective is to suck the country dry. The recession may be biting hard but the citizens are very wise. We know what's on ground and what may happen if we still give this monster called PDP the chance to rule again. They are here to suck, suck, and suck without pity for common man. Anenhi should retire in peace. Ur value in Nigeria politics has expired.
