The introduction of Ramsey and Giroud, with Sanchez moving to the wing to pressurize and force their wingers from bombing forward, saw us choke up the midfield and slowly stemmed the waves of Bournemouth possession and attacks in our Favour.

This is not rocket science, this is rationality 101, something Wenger can't produce on consistent basis.
A similar tactics against PSG would have gifted us all three points in that match.

Both playing The CM and DM position together, and they both tall with good long and short range passings

..... Bro, I think the dude is right... The combo was quite solid as Elneny strangely threw caution into the wind yesterday and was all over the pitch. His passes were accurate and more forward than what he was usually known to be. He could have even scored yesterday too, that's something we can never get from Coquelin.
.... Elneny and Xhaka sprayed passes all over the pitch, especially the latter' sweet overhead ones. In our previous games, we looked clueless in the midfield but not yesterday, there was intent and not just about breaking play...
... I honestly think Coquelin is a hindrance to our play from the midfield which is why he is usually taken off when we need goals.
... Since Ramsey played as a number 10 yesterday when he came on and he wasn't so bad... I think our next midfield combo after Cazorla/Coquelin is Xhaka/Elneny...
