After he blocked my number last week Thursday, I contacted him two days after, which was on the 26th, that's on saturday. I told him of my intentions to do this and gave him till Sunday the next day to get back to me. He read the message and blocked the number immediately. I created this thread on Sunday the following day which made it exactly 3weeks since the I wrongly sent the money.
If he had spoken with me and still assured me that he was willing to pay up, I wouldn't have had any reason to come up here to make all these posts. I was ready to give him even up to a month to fully return the money. But rather, he chose to ignore and blocked all forms of communications with him.

Bro, you threatened him before he blocked you in the first place. You might be putting pressure on him. He might be frustrated and blocking you could be the only thing he could do. I'm not supporting him for blocking you but he may have no option.

See, there's this country, I can't remember the name. If you put your materials were it could be stolen, there's nothing you can do. You have no support of the law. But if you protect your stuff and it stolen, maybe the person broke into your house or robbed you with a weapon, it's death penalty.

But for crying out loud, you mistakenly sent the money to him. What if you sent it to a man's account whose wife just delivered and he has no kobo to pay the hospital bill? The man will spend your money and the worst is the court will ask him when he can pay back.

But when he said, I was expecting cash for an old woman for a medical treatment and have given to the woman, we all dont believe him anymore ? What if he is right ? Have we given him the benefit of the doubt ? We didnt, yet we judge him based on the content of our characters. Cos everything we time accuse others, it is actually our mind that is on parade.

A sincere man like me would totally believe that the accused is saying the truth, after all he has made efforts to repay. But even if he lied, he has also made effort to repay. After all as businessmen, people owe us money all the time, he would have probably thought one of his debtors or customers has paid his cash and will be waiting for the person to call. 4. The accused sent you N25000, he complained of not having money. He sent you this money before you threatened him.

You made the first mistake of sending money to a wrong account. You accused the guy even after he sent you part of the money. With that gesture, you should have given him the benefit of the doubt. You didn't tell us how many days you allowed the guy after the 25k payment before you threatened him.
