Re: Help!!! He Has Refused To Return My Money by Zirah:
Billy, you're daft and I'll prove it to you. It doesn't take a nice person to return the money. It takes a normal person to return the money. Anyone with a contrary opinion even by the slightest margin is inherently sick!

Billyonaire:
The OP is economical with the truth, the guy actually refunded part of the money and said borrowed to add to it. It shows he was cooporating. Every debtor dodges calls, and again, he had done successful business with him in the past, it does show credibility. In the first place he made a mistake, a grave one. And it takes the nicest people to refund. And not everyone is nice. The whatsapp chat truly shows either the accused is a sincere or is just a very criminal with good conscience. He didnt ask for money so he is not a scammer, you can say he is dishonest.

I know you guys think I have online reputation to protect, well, the goodnews is I dont. I am not interested in anyone's friendship here, I just happen to have too much time in my hands and I am having my fun here.

At least we don't open our legs like toll gates to make money.
I'm not a hoe like your sisters.

Sorry. No vex. But the OP is careless, and if taken to court will be jailed. That is my assertion.

Really, why do you guys focus on my username than the great personality behind it. Listen I have too many followers here and I have average of 5 every day. Even if the followership and the likes were to be bartered for naira, I would have still been a billionaire. People love me, cos I say things other people cant say. Go through my history, I keep repeating the simple fact that I am fucking rich, a billionaire and yet you think billionaires will reason like you ? If I reasoned like you, I would have still been living in my mother's basement. I am a business man and we look at life differently. The OP made a mistake, if I made such mistake I will laugh off and tell the fella to try and send what he can, cos I know he might be hungry. But what I am saying is that the accusers story can check out in court and the OP's action of publishing his data on social media can land him in jail.

Fact is fact, and my opinion MUST remain respected. I will NEVER be cowed by an assembly of sentimental elements who think life is religious. Life is not fair, and will never be fair. It wasnt designed to be fair.
From your previous post you said you are not online to garner followers, here you come again spewing trash about how many followers you gather daily. You are so confused I swear bow your head in shame!!!

it doesnt pay to be dishonest really. the guy in question said he was expecting money from someone, agreed he got alert but seeing that the money received wasnt from the guy he was expecting money from, shouldnt he have left the money untouched in his account? nigerians can sometimes become criminals if given a little window of opportunity.
this begs the question, why will u take something that doesnt belong to u? its pathetic

one good thing about this thread is that I now know the criminally minded nairalanders. just in case they advertise their services or products in the future, I'll know to steer clear of them.

NB
I'm keeping a copy of each page too. u never know when some thief might wanna go into politics. then the day of reckoning will have arrived.
Me too
Re: Help!!! He Has Refused To Return My Money by write2obi(m):
I'm really surprised at how some Nigerians reason huh huh , so OP's crime now is that he make a mistake? No one is above mistake.
How will you feel if you get down from a public transport and realized you've forgot your phone in that bus, you call your line and the person that picked it is telling you, he/she can only give you your SIM card?.

I once had a transaction with a lady from London, she was supposed to pay 1,568,000 into my account.
She payed me with the first money agent, but due to network issues the transaction didn't go through, so she went to another money agent to try the same transfer, finally i got the alert twice.

She started panicking but i told her to calm down that her money is safe with me , the next day i payed the money back into one of the money agents banks account.
Money is good, but nothing beats a good name.

If money is sent to you via quickteller, you might not know the sender.

I just got started. Let me hear you express your sentimental thieving baggage again and see if you won't be treated accordingly.

Are you done? At least sometimes pretend to have some sense. Don't always show your emptyheadedness in public.

hahahahahaa. I am surprise that you dont get the message. There is a difference between campaigning for followership and likes and just gaining them because of smartness. I am smart and very assertive. And I am enjoying my every moment on this forum. I have seen how weak and emotional most of you guys are. And that is why you sell your votes for a cup of rice. You dont make judgment calls with emotion. I state facts and lawyers know that. Tell the OP to go to court, and he will not. Cos he knows he will lose in court. And I strongly suggest the accused to should go to police if he feels threatened and should take this up.

too bad, normal bank transfer or transfer through atm could have showed sender details in the alert sent to the recipient.

Jailed?? For making a mistake that everybody including you can make?
That guy is a thief..He isn't an honest person atleast he would have considered the business aspect they have once shared before...
Thieves need to be exposed and disgraced.

No, not jailed for mistakes. Jailed for publishing someone's phone and photo online. It is against the law. It is jungle justice. I understand about dishonesty, but we cant prove it legally. But the fact that he responded nicely, and refunded part of it, shows he is human. Are you perfect ?

And the accused is not you. And you even go ahead to insult others for having a different opinion. Does that make you smart ? Hell No, it makes you unreasonable, and before you throw your diatribe on my username (obviously you cant stand me in the face physically), check the meaning of "unreasonable".

That guy has no reason whatsoever to not return the money. I can still remember clearly when someone mistakenly paid N50000 into my fiancee's account. She told me about it and I told her not to touch the morning that the bank will surely contact her. After 2weeks, the bank called, and we returned the money. God help the youths of today
And you think everybody will be that shoes all the time? Imagine a scenario where you need urgent bucks for say project, hospital bills et al and this happens. U will touch it and yes you will talk it through with the sender. It's all about understanding
