JOB DESCRIPTION
Dream Bench Homes Limited: We are urgently looking for competitive direct sales and independent Marketers who are hardworking and trustworthy sales executives. As independent sales executive, your goals is to increase the visibility and awareness of our products to maximize sales growth. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

PERFORMANCE AND SPECIFICATIONS

Salary
Commission Based equivalent to more than N250,000 per month (depending on performance)

Responsibilities:
* Consistently achieve 100% monthly sales target
* Generating leads and closing sale
* High rate of contacts
* Social media usage for brand promotion and sales
* High rate of clients’ acquisition
* Existing client engagement
* Property sales and marketing
* Good human relations skill
* Good communication skill
* Knowledge of real estate business
* Team player
* Planning and coordination skills

Requirements and Skills:
* Conduct market research to identify buying and selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking
* Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
* Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
* Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Education and Experience:
*No experience is required
*Must have a valid Government-issued ID card
*Proficiency in English
*Fast learner and passion for sales
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
*Very Hardworking and Intelligent
*Able to maintain confidentiality
*ND/HND/BSc in any field is a bonus
