Rihanna is helping Prince Harry put in Work to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.

The Barbadian pop princess joined the British royal on Thursday for the Barbados National HIV/AIDS Commission's "Man Aware" event, held in the capital of Bridgetown in recognition of World AIDS Day. The luminaries, who were both in Barbados for the celebration of its 50th anniversary of independence, took nearly instant HIV tests to highlight the importance (and ease) of testing and reduce stigma.

Their results both came back negative. Kensington Palace later shared a video of the streamlined finger-prick test on Twitter.

While Harry winced as Susette Neblett-Straughn from the Ministry of Health HIV Program administered his test, Rihanna laughed. "Oh, that's not bad," she said, turning to Harry after her finger was pricked. "You made it seem like it hurt."
The "Man Aware" event marked the second time Harry has been tested in five months. In July, the royal met with psychotherapist Robert Palmer at the Burrell Street Sexual Health Center in South London, webcasting the test on Facebook Live. "It's amazing how quick it is," Harry said before encouraging viewers to get tested.

"It's better that everyone goes and gets tested," he said. "Why wouldn't you? Whether you're a man, woman, gay, straight, black, white, whatever, even ginger, why wouldn't you come and have a test?"
Harry also maintained that positive results were not necessarily a death sentence and that early diagnosis and treatment could help individuals prevent transmission and continue to lead healthy lives.
Kensington Palace first announced that Harry would take up HIV/AIDS awareness as his latest patronage campaign on their official website in June. His commitment marks a continuation of the legacy of his late mother, Princess Diana, who also led anti-stigma efforts in addition to advocating for testing, treatment, and prevention.
