Her reaction just prove the strong effect of the Master-Slave relationship between politicians and citizens. By seeing this the governor will think he is doing her favor not knowing that if she and others refuse to work there will be no revenue for the states, also there won't be salaries for the workers so the relationship should be symbiotic and not oga-boy.
Nigerians please understand that governors, ministers, senators, LG chairmen and president are all civi servants ( fancy word for the people's houseboy or girl). Stop the kneeling and prostrating but a firm handshake.

Its actually rubbish. Our governments needs to stop all this self gratifications and make our environment humanly habitable. What he gave her is 70% liability than gift or reward for excellence for someone of the winners salary level.
