see Philippines see Malaysia see China. even if you don't like the place you could easily move to another country. my brother-in-law travelled to Canada from Philippines. the most important thing is to leave this country.

Yes, but to make your case strong you need an IV from a registered Philippines travel agency..

Yes you can....but you need to be knowledgeable in answering all Immigration Questions in PH airport. I did IV for one of our friend in Nigeria, that guy has been with us for few years in Malaysia. He was granted a visa but he did not pass in PH Immigration. He did not answer all the questions properly and he did not read all the documents I gave to him...he realized his fault but it's too late.
