GEJ gave so much critical infrastructure to the SW and the North. The type of infrastructure that lasts for generations. He did almost nothing of the sort for SS/SE but his appointment of Igbos to sensitive positions stirred up SW bigotry to the point you kicked out your blessing and voted in chains. Kudos
