I requested to get help with an alternative account number since 29th of november and the person that should pay me uploaded a very blurred paper claiming to have paid when I have not received any payment, i have also been to the bank but the payment has not reflected on my account. please what do I do to get my money. thanks in anticipation for your kind replies.

this is exactly happened to me and d guy was saying he paid ...well by Monday, I will get my bank statement and upload..

I have written to support but they are requesting for my statement of account which may be difficult for me to get now as I am still in nysc orientation camp

write to support, then proceed to your bank, get ur bank statement of account duly stamped. upload it in d support u have written. don't fail to write a message on the order were u requested for payment.

You can get your bank statement without going to bank.....

First of all, login to your Facebook account and search the name of bank in d search address.....,then click on the bank page....like there page then click on the message icon.....tell them you need your bank statement in PDF form, write your account num, name, email, phone number....then send..... Within 5 to 10min you will recieve a call from the bank...they will ask you some questions, like what's d last transaction you made on the account, account balance, phone connected to d account and your address.... Then you will recieve your bank statement in your email account immediately...

How to solve the issue of fake POP
Happy Sunday !
FINALLY ITS HERE.
ALL YOU FAKE 419 GUIDERS AND FRAUDULENT MMM PARTICIPANTS, GOD DON CATCH UNA.
If you notice any fake POP all you need is to go to the order, click on the half green mark then click on extend payment expectation by 24hrs. You will see a popup asking for reason, just type fake POP uploaded. The sender time will continue despite the POP uploaded, once the time lapsed he/she will be automatically blocked then the system will give you another sender. Don't wait untill you see the yellow question mark, if you do then it's only CRO that can resolve such issues with sender presenting evidence of payment and receiver presenting statement of account.

I have done that sir and thank God they have sent it to me. I have also forwarded it to CRO but am a bit worried as it is not stamped and I also had to clean my BVN.

There are so many challenges if want to be a business man and if u start seeing and checking for all the problems, I bet u cannot do any form of business. All business is risky. So take the risk and enjoy the reward when it comes. It's so sweet
