I interviewed a couple of guys for a Web developer role. I actually meant to hire two, a front and a backend guy. Two of the guys flat-out and quite rudely refused to do the simple html test we gave them. They claimed to be gurus and won't "stoop that low". I recommended the level-headed ones to HR.

Did a bit of my regular C stuff, noticed a bug that won't affect any production device. Promptly fixed it. I was chatting with my madam when it came to me.

Started a new Android app which is supposed to have some QR and biometric functionality. It's been months I touched android, so I started rough. I'm solids now.

My boss is just annoying. He has refused to release funds made available by world bank for our training. simply because the world bank wants to directly deal with the employees involved.

On the other hand, he is scheming to nominate his own cronies to benefit from the training. People whose job role is not directly related to the course. Sometimes I feel handicapped.

what's your work place experience and how have you been able to address the issue?

was going to bank yesterday for a transfer so my colleague has me to widraw 20k for his with his Stanbic Atm card , I slot in the card at first bank but the ATM didn't dispense any cash bfre it came out o , I slot it again and dispense 20k but to my surprise this guy said 40k alert was sent.to him which means they debit him twice .everybody in office just dey look me as if na widraw the extra 20k and I was embarrassed . we have sent mail to Stanbic to reverse the money since yesterday no response from them o

that's what happened to me too when I went to withdraw in keystone bank using an atm from firstbank, i just weak, i never see money uptil today and my heart is doing me somehow

I ve a female boss who makes wicked decisions based on her mood. This week is going to be one hell of a ride. I can't explicitly give details because she might be on nairaland and I love my job.
