This bet9ja issue of payment of winnings is really serious. I just walked past a bet9ja shop where some irate customers have created a scene. The story: The shop agent has not been able to pay winnings to the customers. One of the winnings-#600k+ has been unpaid for over 3 weeks.
Although I have always preferred doing my betting business within the privacy of my online bet9ja account, I have had this opinion before now that betting at the bet9ja shop was the best for prompt payment of winnings!

I don't know how you arrived at your said 'better than other' but as far as am concerned luck plays a lot of role in business of gambling.
