Breakthrough bleeding can last for around three months and some women may experience bleeding throughout their whole pregnancy and still go on have completely healthy babies. its more like you are pregnant but d body hasn't produced enough hormone to tell d body to stop preparing for period, so u bleed, but not very much or for very long as u would a normal period.

Hsg is painful and dats d truth, I have a low pain threshold but with diclofenac my resent Hsg wasn't as painful as the previous, it was bearable. But I kept telling myself no matter how painful for the sake of peace of mind and less worring it's worth it to know what the present status of my tubes are.

Hi mamas, af finally showed on cd 43, I saw my doctor today and he gave me 2 options.
1: ivf
2: laparoscopy
I've been trying for 11 months, I did hsg(horrible experience) in may.the result showed the dye passed through tubes but there was no spillage which could have been as a result of spasm or blockage.
I've also used clomid,vit b6, metformin,folic acid and bromocreptine for 10 months. Clomid did not make me ovulate at all according to the tvs ( the follicles didn't exceed 9mm) I did in September and oct and November. My doctor says I should stop clomid but he would only recommend hmg or taximofen after I must have done laparoscopy .The cost implication of ivf and laparoscopy alone has given me headache since he told me today. I decided to start ttcing from January while still all the drugs except clomid.i need suggestions on what else I can do to improve my chances.

If I were you I will stop ovulation induction for now and work towards the tubes becoming open. Instead of laparoscopy why don't u try hydrotubation after months of castor oil massage with serrapeptase(don't know the correct spelling but it's an enzyme that removes scar tissue blocking the tubes). Read through the thread u will find monikers with similar diagnosis and what they did, some of them are mothers already.
What's ur hormonal profile like, are ur hormones mst esp fsh & lh within the normal range? If fsh is high that might b the reason for poor response to ovulation stimulation.

Today is my anniversary and I'm trying to be happy. Waiting can be very difficult especially when you see people taking in without even trying. Some people will get pregnant severally and go for abortions so why do people who are ready, praying and fasting have to wait?
Af showed today too after days of brown spotting and I honestly don't know how I feel. Everything wants to make me cry. Dh has been asking me what the issue is but I can't bring myself to tell him why because he has warned me never to cry to panic about TTC again. God help us and wipe away our tears. Amen

Luteining hormone=result 8.12 range <20
Prolactin=result7.79 range<20
Progesterone day21= result 6.87 range 2.0-25.0
FSH= result 2.22 normal < 20

No they are other branches and satellite branches in Lagos. while I was in Lagos, I worshipped in canaanland cuz I enjoy Paapas preaching but we still had a branch very close to my house where winners worship on sundays even during shilo.

Blessed Iya triplets, pls I have a question for you. Were you ovulating on your own before you added letrozole or you were prescribed the drug to induce ovulation. Don't vex biko I am thinking it trying it out along with vit b6. I'm not even entirely sure what the vit does asides from lengthening ones cycle (@all pls enlighten me).
