I can only answer question 1. She isn't in the drivers seat. This photo was captured in Kenya where they drive on the left so that is actually the passengers seat.

To answer your question
There are some places in Africa where they are still using right hand driving, an example is South Africa. I don't know which country the incident happened but even in Nigeria haven't u met right hand cars before on our roads despite the fact that we use left hand. When vehicles are just brought from Places like England or SA they are still driven around till they change the steering to left.

About Camera men. do you need a camera man in 2016 before u can take pictures, Is your phone 3310? Abeg becareful Oo.

pls dnt be a doubting thomas, drivers seats in some part of Africa are on the left so if this is a southern African country then know that she's actually on the passenger's seat
