Someone should help me....I just asked for help ystday on the 5th only for the person to pay me on the 7th ....late in the nite.....and he uploaded a slip of 10k .....instead of the actual 204k.....though he paid the complete money....I tried to confirming this morning only to find out that the half green circle changed to ringlike shape instead of a full green circle.

relax guy u will be matched with another participant but next time If you notice any fake POP all you need is to go to the order, click on the half green mark then click on extend payment expectation by 24hrs. You will see a popup asking for reason, just type fake POP uploaded. The sender time will continue despite the POP uploaded, once the time lapsed he/she will be automatically blocked then the system will give you another sender. Don't wait until you see the yellow question mark, if you do then it's only CRO that can resolve such issues with sender presenting evidence of payment and receiver presenting statement of account

Guy, I'm facing a similar challenge but when I click on extend time, write my comments and click "confirmation", it's always bringing an error pop up that reads "file required" and there is no option to upload a file. Please, how do I overcome this before I get a yellow question mark?

I was matched to be paid by for persons, 2 paid, another lady said she's waiting for salary (her cup of tea) and then this who's claiming to have paid but uploaded a screen shot of an SMS alert that looks doctored. MMM wahala, more people to pay you more troubles. If it's the other way round I don't have issues usually. It's better you don't pay than to allow one pass through stress for their own money.

I clicked GH this morning and I'm yet to get matched this morning to those that'll pay me,,pls fellow mavrodians,,how long does it take to get paid after clicking GH??

Is there any pending order. If there is any pending order try to sort it out first, if there is none then write to support.

Some people are working hard to give MMM bad name. I just receive this report this evening that some people after they have paid their money and uploaded the slip for you to confirm, after you have confirmed their payment they go back to the bank and tell the casher that they made payment into wrong account. If this happen the bank have no option than to reverse the money which is normal with all banks. Seeing that you have already confirm the payment in ur PO, there is nothing mmm can do. This automatically means that you have loose ur investment which can be really painfully. Now I don't want anyone of you to fall victim. So here are my advice to all MMM participants

All MMM participant as a matter of urgency must have a minimal of two different Bank Account. I.e one account in Bank A and one account in Bank B.

Never you use Bank B to register in MMM. Let it serve as a reserve account.

Assuming you used Bank A to register in Mmm, once you received an alert, do not confirmed the person until you have successfully transfer the money to Bank B. Once you have transfer the money, go to your PO and confirm the payment. Perhaps the person goes back to the bank to withdraw the money on the ground of wrong payment after you have confirm him, Bank A will not be able to do anything as you have rightfully transfer the money to ur Bank B account. At this point the case have become a complex one. If the bank must proceed they have to contact you first. At this point you can go ahead to report the person as a fraudster to MMM and to your Bank A operators.

Note: information is power. It took me time to come with this.
Copy and send to all MMM groups and do well to inform your down liners.

I haven't confirmed o.... The guy claims to have paid via access bank since about 20 hrs ago. He said he can't confirm if the funds have been sent. Meanwhile I have checked my first bank balance more than 7 times till this morning via their SMS short code and mobile app. It's still showing the balance as at 2 days back. The guy's 48 hrs has elapsed about 2 hrs ago. I can't extend his time and I don't want to write support yet since they just rematched me for the one who refused to pay.
Any advice on how to proceed

Normally my GH request gets matched in less than a minute. The rematch was about an hour from when the previous match 48 hours expired.

N/b
The rematch was for the lady who didn't pay.... My current wahala is the guy who claimed to have paid with uploaded "SMS alert"

mine expired more than four hours ago and I'm yet to be matched. I really don't know why I'm worried.

No need for that, that ringlike shape will later turn to full green. There is nothing to worry about. It has been confirmed

guy to be honest with you, that's just a blatant lie.... Let's put mmm aside, in real life situation if you mistakingly send money to a wrong account which I believe it's very hard in the first place because both the name and the number can't be wrong at the same time, but let's assume it happened nd u sent money to Mr A instead of Mr B. The bank can only contact the owner of the account because for every transaction in the bank there must be an order and if you should withdraw anybodys without dere knowledge even if it was mistakenly sent to them in the first place. The can file for a case, and it's a stackable offence for any bank staff to involve in a situation like that.
