God's desire is for all to repent of his or her sins and live according to His words, if Jesus did not die for our sins, each time we sin the full punishment for the sin we committed will be visited upon us, but because He died for our sins (paid the price), we all have a second chance to redeem our selves before God, come to repentance of our sins, accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior and live according to the word of God.
