This site is surely becoming a play ground to kids and highly ignorant folks, just listen read and see someone asking if Ayade's electuon was not upheld by the courts, pdp supporters get this and get it straight . once an election has bern conducted and result announced only an election petition tribunal set up for that purpose can deliver judgement annulling the electuon. if an aggrieved party feels it has a fool proof case then keep your proof and take the matter tova tribunal . pdp is deliberately fermenting trouble knowing that there are many ignorant people around to buy into thier no brainer idea. Inec has no such power so TAI stands for now

Guys pls read the court order well before you'll start making ur comments, where is it stated that they should do a fresh election in tai, the court stated that all the results in the polling units should be announced after the rerun election including the previous result from the the last election from some of the poling units that were announced previously...in other words they should add the old result from other polling units, and the new results from the remaining units and declare the winner. This is my understanding because I did not see any where the court order for a fresh election in the whole of tai

Tribunal is the first call after which unsatisfied party can move to the Federal high Court and appeal court and finally supreme Court..
